Pre- Order & Pick up Only
Welcome to Bricks & Slabs Bakehouse! Our pre-order and Pick up policy ensures a seamless experience for our guests. We take pride in serving fresh, delicious baked goods and meals made with the finest ingredients. Whether you're on your way to an event or taking your favorites home, we aim to provide exceptional service and quality every time.
Pick up is at 4pm -4:30pm on BAKE DAYS at the Par Mar/ A&W parking lot off of the Kingmont exit in Fairmont. We will have a deck built on the property soon.
We will be at the Whithall Artesian Market every other SAT this summer
at the Fairmont Farmers Market 4-7pm every week this summer
We will be at All Main St Fairmont Events &
at the Commons June 11th for the Concert this year.
as well as the WINE & JAZZ FESTIVAL this year in September.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To enhance your Bricks & Slabs experience, we only accept Pre-orders, especially during busy seasons. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 4 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate other guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys their time at Bricks & Slabs Bakehouse.
